What happens during an in-home design appointment?
An in-home design appointment is for homeowners who are ready to explore their door or window project in more detail. One of our designers will visit your home to look at your current door or windows, talk through what you’re hoping to achieve, and guide you through suitable styles, finishes, glazing and practical details.
During the appointment, we’ll also take the measurements needed to prepare an accurate quote. Door appointments usually take around 30–45 minutes, while window appointments may take around 45–60 minutes, depending on the number of windows and the level of detail involved.
By the end of the visit, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what’s possible, what’s involved and the next steps - without feeling rushed into a decision.
