You’re welcome to visit our Dock Street design space during opening hours. If you would like more time to explore options for your own home, you can also book a personalised design appointment with our door and window designer.
Walk-ins are welcome. Come in to see our doors and windows, browse colours and finishes, and ask any initial questions. Our designers may not always be available for a full consultation, so booking ahead is best if you would like dedicated time.
Spend dedicated time with our designer talking through your project, comparing suitable options and designing your new doors or windows on screen. Door appointments take around 30 minutes, while window appointments take around 45 minutes.

Yes. You’re welcome to pop into our Dock Street design space during opening hours to see our doors and windows. Our designer may not always be available for a full consultation, so booking ahead is best if you would like dedicated time to explore your project.
Bring a clear, straight-on photo of your home if you would like to see different door or window designs visualised on your property. Any saved ideas, colours or styles you like can also be helpful, but you do not need to have everything worked out before you visit.
If you bring approximate sizes, we may be able to give you an initial guide price. We will still need to visit your home to measure accurately and confirm the final design and quotation.
There is on-street parking around Dock Street, with additional parking available nearby. Please check the signs and payment information when you park.
Once you have narrowed down your preferred options, the next step is usually an in-home appointment to measure up. We’ll survey the openings properly, check the practical details and prepare your final design and quotation for you to decide at your own pace.
Yes. You can send over your rough sizes, photos and the type of door or window you’re looking for, and we can usually give you guide prices online. Your final price is confirmed after an in-home appointment, so we can check the measurements, installation details, access and any finishing work needed before giving you an accurate quote.
